We understand that sometimes things are defective and you need to exchange them.

If you need to exchange a defective item, it needs to be within 14 days of delivery.

For all non-defective items, the items need to be unused, in new condition and exchanged within 14 days.

A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted for all non-defective items.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
